I have been traveling to Pittsburgh for over 20 years giving my seminars. For most of those years I held them in another hotel. About 5 years ago the management of the hotel changed and they were no longer as accommodating as they had been. I wanted to stay in Cranberry Township, but I needed a hotel that could work with my vegetarian lifestyle. In order to eat healthier I wanted a kitchen where I could prepare my own food. I had already begun staying at Marriott Residence Inn in other cities, so I decided to contact the one in Cranberry Township and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made involving my road trips.
My first encounter with your hotel and organization was through Bonnie Weyman who at the time was Sales Coordinator of the Cranberry hotel. I explained what I needed and she put forth the extra effort to accommodate my seminars. Since then it has been a beautiful relationship and the service has been outstanding. I have never worked with a coordinator who exhibits so much genuine warmth. A person who will go the extra mile to satisfy her customer. One who works so well with her fellow staff members. When I am in the hotel I have watched how hard she works to make sure the details are right and admire how knowledgeable she is about her job. I was so pleased to learn that she was promoted to General Manager of the hotel.
Before I close I want to also mention Michelle Statti who was at the desk when I first started coming to your hotel. I am glad that she has had the opportunity for personal growth by being promoted to Sales Coordinator. Over the past five years she has had to oversee the details of our meeting room and make sure everything is in order and she has always done an excellent job.
As for the other employees in the hotel, it has always been my experience that they have made my stays enjoyable as well.
Several of my students have commented on how they have never stayed in a hotel that is so clean and well-maintained. They always look forward to coming. The proof is that the number of
attendees at the Cranberry Township seminar has doubled in the past 2 years. I have plans to
continue to come back to your hotel four times a year and to enjoy the outstanding service. Your and your entire organization are to be applauded for understanding the importance of service and I am sure that as long as you apply this principle in life, your organization and the people in it will prosper.
